The single family home is mostly organized on a single floor. Only the library and the husband's and wife's studios are located on the second floor. On the main floor we find kitchen, dining room and living room in a large double height space with floor to ceiling windows to the backyard.
The bedrooms are located on the private spaces wing of the house. Two bedrooms for the kids with a shared bathroom and one large bedroom for the parents with walking closet and sectorized bathroom.
At the back, and with a private entrance, we find a ballet studio for the wife who is a professional ballet dancer and teacher. On the other side and also with its own private entrance, we find a granny pot with a small kitchen, bathroom and living room area.
La vivienda se organiza mayoritariamente en una planta. La biblioteca y estudios de marido y mujer son los únicos espacios que se encuentran en el segundo nivel.
